We are initially renting our house for the period, 1st December '09 until the end of january '10. This is just a short term rent (holiday let will be considered) whilst we migrate down south to complete a work contract. The house will be fully funished, including TV facilities (sky plus/DVD) in the lounge and master bedroom (no DVD). Later in 2010 we will be renting the house, furnished or un-furnished, full time, on a long term lease.

The House Location:

The house is detached and is in a very pleasent and friendly avenue of the hollybrea area in Kirkcaldy, Fife. Within the area there are a wide range of facilities and amenities, including shopping, theatre, restuarants, museum, library, bus station and train station with links to Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow. The Rent:

For the two month period only we are renting the property for £900/month - all inclusive: ie gas, electric, sky tv, council tax and a house cleaning service once a week. This rent will require a deposit of £900 plus the first month's rent payable prior to entry. The second month's rent will be due on 1st January 2010. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property. We would also consider occupation for a sinlge month. We would consider letting the property as a 'holiday let' over this period. The rent will be from £350/week. This takes into account the preparation of the property prior to entry and the readiness for the next let. The 'holiday let' will include fresh clean bed linen and towels weekly.
